- Gift With Purchase must also be returned in original condition to qualify for a full refund.
- Testers (if purchased) are non-returnable.
- Products purchases from Outlet are non-returnable.
- We are not responsible for unclaimed, undelivered, or lost packages unless due to our error.

  • Exchanges & Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. You may choose:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- A replacement of the same item (if in stock)

2. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label—at no cost to you.
3. Include your packing slip or proof of purchase in the return package.

Returns without RA may be delayed or not accepted.
