Return Policy


At Lexor Miami, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return any unopened and unused merchandise in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return Eligibility
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition and packaging.
- Gift With Purchase must also be returned in original condition to qualify for a full refund.
- Testers (if purchased) are non-returnable.
- Products purchases from Outlet are non-returnable.
- We are not responsible for unclaimed, undelivered, or lost packages unless due to our error.

  • Exchanges & Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. You may choose:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- A replacement of the same item (if in stock)

2. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label—at no cost to you.
3. Include your packing slip or proof of purchase in the return package.
