I had a very special occasion rapidly approaching and was looking to get my first real watch ahead of it. I gave Lexor Miami a call on a Monday morning letting them know that I needed the watch before the occasion on Saturday. I am in Los Angeles. Derya was extremely kind and helpful and assured me that she will get it there on time, even giving me her personal cell number so she could send me updates along the way and make sure I got it on time. The next day, she had it packed up and shipped out to arrive on Thursday. She even included a special gift for the occasion.
